“The world of government contracting can be daunting,” shares the Utah Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). In order to make it less so, they are offering free training in conjunction with the Small Business Association. The Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or HUBZone, is a program that aids small businesses in procuring preferential access to federal opportunities. The Uintah Basin is part of the HUBZone and thus businesses in the area can attend the training. The free training will be offered in Vernal
